About Megan
Since I was little, I have been in tune with other's emotions. Growing up, my friends and
family called it my “radar.” I have always been drawn to helping others through difficult
times and being a cheerleader during their best.
People can change and heal at any point in their lives. I believe that our cognition and
mental health struggles are learned behaviors from our formative years. Because they
are learned behaviors, we can unlearn them with time and proper support. Everyone
deserves a safe place to heal and grow, and I understand that starting therapy can be a
struggle for some people. Therefore, I aim to foster a comfortable and relaxed
therapeutic experience for my clients. I strive to empower my clients to live their truths
and to advocate for themselves. I look forward to helping guide you towards your full
