My focus has been/and is not limited to working with Early-Late Adolescents (10-17years old) and Emerging Adults (18 - 25 years old) who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or grief.
My approach is goal-oriented, collaborative, and grounded in Bowenian, Structural and Solution Focused family therapy.
