Many things get in the way of our health and happiness. We struggle with everyday life and mental health challenges. There is hope. I have been in this helping field for 6 years. I love seeing people grow. I love getting to know my clients and helping them become the best versions of themselves. I use talk therapy as well at cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I enjoy working with a wide variety of ages.
I live with my husband and energetic dog. I like spending time outside and hanging out with friends and family. If I’m not outside, you can find me reading, crafting, or cooking. Life can be very difficult at times in our fast-paced, electronic world. We get busy and it’s hard to set aside time for yourself. Invest in yourself and your mental health with therapy.
