For as long as I can remember, I have always had an interest in people's stories. Wherever I went, whether it was the grocery store, church, or an airport, I was always people watching, wondering where they came from and where they were going. 

I'm still interested in people's stories. Especially YOUR story. I believe that by sharing our stories and allowing someone else to sit with us in our pain, we can find hope and healing.

I want more than anything for you to step into my office and feel safe and secure. No judgments. No criticism. Just a non-biased listening ear. 

As a wife and mom of two active high schoolers, I'm acutely aware of how busy life can be. It's easy to take care of everyone else but ourselves. If you are struggling to work through something, I encourage you to make yourself a priority and schedule an appointment. You are worth it!
