Everyone needs a person to talk to, but just as important, you need someone to listen and hear what you are saying. My goal is to be that person for you, and help you navigate everyday life, including any struggles or difficulties you are facing.
As the mom of two teenagers, I know that life is busy, and that often times, we do not make time for our own needs or our relationships. Whether that relationship be with your spouse or partner, children, or any other relationship you are trying to improve or heal from, I would like the privilege to help and hear you.
As an MFT intern, I am committed to treating individuals, couples, and families. My clinical interests lie in treating couple’s issues (preparing for marriage, parenting, or divorce), life transitions, blended families, and adolescents. I also have a master’s degree in Psychology, Conflict Resolution and Mediation, which allows me to specialize in working with high-conflict situations. I am looking forward to meeting you, helping you identify your path, and empower you to make positive changes in your life. I know that seeking help can be difficult, which is why I provide my clients with a direct, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where I can support you through your therapeutic journey.
